With our client, Concert Properties, EcoPilot Canada began a strategic partnership in 2022, starting with three commercial properties across Ontario and British Columbia. One of these properties, 20 Wellington located in downtown Toronto just steps from King Subway Station is a Class A office building occupying a five-storey podium beneath the 88 Scott condominiums. With a strong commitment to energy efficiency, green building certifications such as LEED and WELL, and advanced smart building technologies, Concert Properties is actively working toward reducing its carbon footprint and achieving carbon neutrality.

 

EcoPilot collaborated with Reliable Controls Building Automation Controls and Automated Logic to integrate our AI-powered HVAC optimization platform into Concert’s building systems, supporting their broader environmental goals. This project not only advanced operational efficiency and occupant comfort but also aligned with Concert’s mission to create resilient, community-focused spaces.
