ECOPILOT TAKES TOP INNOVATION PRIZE AT 2025 BOMA NOVA SCOTIA AWARDS
Halifax, NS – April 22, 2025 – EcoPilot Canada is proud to announce its recognition as the winner of the 2025 Pinnacle Award for Innovation at the BOMA Nova Scotia Local Awards. This prestigious award celebrates excellence and groundbreaking achievement in the Canadian commercial real estate industry, and EcoPilot Canada’s success now propels the company to the BOMA Canada National Awards Program, set to be held in Halifax during BOMEX 2025.
The award was accepted by Tobias Janes and Jennie King on behalf of EcoPilot Canada during the official BOMA Nova Scotia Awards Ceremony on April 22, 2025.
Hosted annually the BOMA Awards recognize excellence in Canadian commercial real estate, honoring achievements in sustainability, innovation, management, and leadership. Key categories include: TOBY Awards , BOMA BEST Awards, Pinnacle Awards, Emerging Leaders Award and Accessibility Challenge Award. The competition begins at the local association level, where entrants undergo a rigorous process to ensure compliance with eligibility and category requirements. From there, qualifying entries advance to the national level, and ultimately, to international recognition.
Each BOMA local association is permitted to submit only once in each award category to the national competition, making EcoPilot Canada’s selection as the Innovation category winner a remarkable achievement and a strong endorsement of its cutting-edge solutions for energy efficiency and smart building automation.

The 2025 BOMA Canada National Awards Gala will take place on September 17, 2025, during the BOMEX conference in Halifax, where national winners will be officially honored.
